FAQ

How much does a painting cost?

What payment methods do you accept?

The available payment methods for now are:
  • Interac (Canada)
  • Cash (Canada)
  • Paypal (International)

How will I receive my order?

You will receive the finished art through the following ways:
  • Physically by in-person handover (Toronto only) or via shipping (fees apply)
  • Digitally through email or communication platform of choice
You may opt to receive the digital copy only if you do not wish to receive the physical art.

How to hang art with minimal wall damage?

If you do not wish to nail or drill screws to hang your painting, you can use Command™ adhesive strips. For safety, be mindful of the weight limit which the strips can support as per the Command™ strip packaging.

What surface will be used for paintings and drawings?

Small paintings will be executed on a flat canvas panel to ensure that finished artwork will fit most regular frames. Large paintings will be executed on canvas panels with a depth of at least 0.5 inch. Drawings will be executed on a premium sketch paper.

Will my order come with a frame?

It can! If you would like a frame with your order, indicate “Add a frame” in the order form. A black or dark neutral-colored frame will be chosen at discretion of the artist.

Can I use my own frame?

Yes, you can order the art only and use your own frames. Frames in standard sizes are available in art, thrift, or home and hardware stores.

Should I add a coat or varnish make my painting last?

By default, your finished painting will include a semi-gloss varnish unless requested otherwise. Varnish protects the painting from most stains. If stained on accident, you can wipe it off with a wet cloth without damaging the painting. Additionally, varnish helps seal the pigments to keep the colors vibrant for longer.

My painting is lost or damaged. Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or restorations?

As a small business, I cannot accept refunds, exchanges, or do restorations on damaged paintings after they are delivered. We mitigate chances of delivery mishandle by:
  • Availing in-person handover
  • Photographing and sending digital copies of your painting as part of your order package

Can I negotiate special requests or bulk orders?
